Especially when it comes to the dynamics of mega-pixels. I was always in favor of the Foveon sensor on the Sigma to capture great images(as I also have the DP2 for traveling). The NEX-5 has the advantages of interchangeable lenses, which is a BIG plus for me. So there you have it. When the 2nd revision of the NEX-5 comes out I may pick it up. For now it's the DP-2 and EOS 7D (for action) when traveling. :-P I totally agree with your findings. Especially when it comes to the dynamics of mega-pixels.
